how can you change the skinn cus i tryed but it dosn`t change

I saw this on utube and ive been looking for it about 1 hour or more and i have to say it is worth it peace

Each time I try to change to a different noteskin, I always end up switching back to this one. It is by far my most favourite. It's pretty and flashy and simple. Sometimes it's hard to read it with certain backgrounds but that just gives it a bit more challenge. XOXO to the creator! XD
