Stepmania 4.0 was blocking my path of giving SM3.9 noteskins. I saw that custom arrows in SM4.0 CVS just look like the 16th notes. However, the arrows were placed differently on the beats(I don't mean Super Shuffle)and dang...these arrows weren't good in SM4.0 CVS. I wonder if they work in SM3.9.
