To the person who said it lacked options - The reason being is that it was optimized for arcade machines, thus not needing the extra options.
I actually made this theme and I'm curious as to WHY it's here. The crashing is due on part to whoever uploaded it. It works fine on my end. Secondly, I never finished this theme so what you all have isn't complete.
why are saying only for stepmania 3.95 there is only stepmania 3.9,stepmania 4.0 cvs,stepmania 4.0 alpha 5 and 4
The theme is for 3.95, not 3.9.

Doesn't really work for me. :\
A lot of bugs, no options menu.
So, sorry, but you'd do best if you let this pass.
Nice skin, will post later if this works well with online play.
