SM:Strike

I'll get to fixing the rest of SM Strike soon. It was honestly meant to refresh the default, and there is alot of things to replace.

About it being slow, however, you might want to get a better video card. The only time it's ran even remotely slow was for me, everyone else I've given it to test or released it to hasn't had any problems! :)

I like to point out to the people who don't know about themes/theming. This is an enhancement OVER the default theme. Meaning not every aspect of the theme is changed.

Great Theme! Only problem is that it's for SM 4.0.

This theme has a very busy environment to it... in fact it's a bit TOO busy. I mean honestly, there is just so much animation in the background, it's slowing every screen I move to. I mean don't get me wrong the background graphics are stunning, but it's all a wasted effort if it doesn't animate properly and slows the whole game down!

My next complaint is all of the default images that are in this theme. This is just like the problem with that Obscurity theme. You were just being lazy and not modifying the default images so it could blend in with the rest of the environment better! Seriously, that crap-tinted blue is just horribly clashing with the rest of the images.

The last thing I want to mention is the theme's music. The menu music is from the ITG HAX theme for SM 3.95 and the roulette music is from the Obscurity theme. And as cool as they sound, it does NOT fit in with this theme's style. Just use some other music that would fit in with this theme.

Overall, I give this theme 2 out of 5 stars.

Would you at least edit ALL of the images? I can still see alot of images from the default theme.

I agree...best 4.0 theme because it gives more room to see the arrows and it is just rockin' in general.
