I thought that this theme was very nicely done. However, I would suggest a couple of improvements.

First, please change the theme song used. It sounds chintzy. Perhaps use a techo version of a Simpsons song.

Also, it would be nice if the words displayed during a song were changes such as "Doh!" when you miss a step or something.

Finally, the splash screen should be changed because the theme is lost when the StepMania logo is shown.

Other than that it looks great! Good Work!

I like this theme.
It has no errors, it looks fine.
The only people who probally won't like it, are the people who don't like the Simpsons.

And dudes, actually download it before criticizing it.
