Speed mods aren't theme dependent. You can add them yourself simply by modifying a few lines in the metrics.ini file in the default theme. The changes will apply regardless of which theme you're using. google should help you get started with that.

This theme would be perfect if it had more speed mods like ITG. (1x, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6)

it looks cool but i cant seem to get it to work on my mac is there a way to do this?

I was using the Trance Machina 3 theme for quite some time, but I ended up leaving SM 3.9 for 3.95 and pad chart making. Now that I'm playing keyboard, AND making pad charts, I need a sleek SM theme to play some good charts on, and this is definitely one to use. :D
